Amazing! Ordered on Wednesday at noon and had the Weber Smokey Mountain ( a 40+ pound grill) at 9am Thursday!!!! Overnight and not charged a dime for shipping!!!! I'm sending more buyers their way for sure. This grill was 50 dollars cheaper than anywhere and got it in one day. |

Great Customer service. Order was placed late Wednesday night and was shipped the next day. Received E-mail order was received. Another E-mail to say order was shipped. Order should have been delivered Friday but Snow storm prevented Fed Ex from making deliveries. Great transaction. Will order again from this merchant. |

This was the best experience I have EVER had with on-line retail. I ordered at 11:00 am on a Sunday; it shipped the same day (free); I received the product on Tuesday morning. A great experience -- a wonderful merchant! |

This is how business should be done on the internet. When I asked a question, I got a quick response. I ordered a product, quickly realized I didn't need it (before it was shipped), and they immediately refunded my money with no hassle. I forgot that business could be done this way. This is a rare company that I will be doing more business with in the future. |

very good with customer service. they did not want to ship to me because my address was different then my credit card address. they were fast to email me notifing that they couldnt do it because of security reasons.
