so far very good, answered my questions - very descriptive. Hoping the guarantee is true. They called to make sure of order before shipment, told me when it would arrive. It was late----but I don't think it was the merchant, more likely UPS issues. I would order (and probably will...) from this merchant again. |

The price is good and the selection is great. Air beds are known for getting leaks so their return policy is reassuring to me if something goes wrong. |

Layout is very good. I easily found what I wanted and I love the demo videos. That is what helped me make up my mind in choosing the bed I ordered. I love my new bed! This is so close in comfort to my Sleep # bed for a lot less money - Quality is fantastic! |
