The site looks excellent and I found it very easy to browse around. All the items had a full spec and pictures, which made it easy to tell the difference between the various models. When I was ready to buy, I decided to call the number and speak to someone, just to make sure I was getting the right model for my needs. The salesperson was very nice and helped me understand some of the finer points. In the end I decided to go for an Amcor MF10000E which arrived in perfect condition the next day. This is the first time I have ordered something from the internet and it was a very positive experience. I would highly recommend aircondirect to everyone. |

I can not recommend Aircon Direct enough. I have now purchased an air conditioning unit and a dehumidifier from them, both at fantastic low prices. Due to very tight deadlines, i had to have the units delivered within 3 working days so i phoned up to make sure. Within 3 days i had a call back confirming that they would be on the next day service for tomorrow morning delivery. Next day came and so did the 2 units at about 1pm. I was so surprised at the delivery speed considering the size and weight of these units. |

very good explanation about the total price. It is very helpful that you can see the total price at the bigining of plaving the order. very happy with the product, but were not information about electricity usage on the web page. |

Excellent as long as delivery is as good! .... Delivery good, except that Post Office left it with a neighbour and didn't tell me. Not merchant's fault. |

So far it couldn't have been easier. Hope it continues this way. I was really surprised when my dehumidifier was shipped pretty much by return when I had opted for the 10 day free delivery. The delivery was still free. It is working away in my hedgehog hogspital. Initially it is working hard but I hope it will be able to switch off for periods soon. I am emptying it every 48 hours it seems. |
