This is my 3rd times ordering through Airline Museum... Got my orders pretty quick each time... However, today I got my CP Air DC-10... and it was damaged.... I am pretty sure it isn't Airline Museum fault... It is more like a manufacture defect... Hopefully, I can get a replacement soon... Will come back write a review on the return process once I get this resolve.... |

I WAS DISAPPOINTED THAT MY ORDER TOOK TWO WEEKS INSTEAD OF ONE! Retailer Response (09/22/2009): The order was placed Aug 31 for an out of stock item, which arrived on Sept 2. The package shipped on Sept 3 and arrived Sept 10 (which is on time for a package going from our warehouse in Connecticut to the customer\'s location in California). We offer faster shipping methods like next day air and second day air, that this customer could have chosen if they wanted it sooner. |

Good supplier, but watch those prices. I am aware that makers have greatly raised their prices recently Retailer Response (09/22/2009): Thanks for your comments. While it is true manufacturing costs have gone up, we have done our best to keep our prices as low as possible. Despite the higher manufacturing costs, we still proudly offer the lowest prices around for all the products we carry. |

Overall I am very happy about the site. However, I would like if you could expand your product range because some of the models that I want don't seem to be there. It would also be great if you could reduce the prices of your models. Retailer Response (09/08/2009): Thanks for your comments. Regarding the availability of models, since we do not produce them, we do not make the decision of which models are made. Regarding pricing, I think you will find we actually offer lower prices than anyone else around! |

To the Airline museum attendant, This e-mail is to inform that my last order is over delayed. As your instructions advise, I have contacted the nearest post office and there was not a register for the ID number given in the confirmation e-mail (below).
