Airsplat has been the easiest and most gracious customer service I've worked with in a while. They were helpful and it did not take a lot of time. We had an issue with the first airsoft gun and they were diligent at making it right. I told my mom about it and she ordered from them recently, too. |

my experience with airsplat is been good , they have a very good customer service, I been plasing orders with them very often, since my first order have been 4 more so thats a good sign, the shipping is been five days working days which is good packing is great the carrierr nice ups , my second order which was an m4 came with a factory defect , but this guy solve the problem, I was very pleased, I have been recommend airsplat to my collegues, I'm supposse to receive a gift certificate from them hopefully they accomplish their word, and I will guys let you know if is truth in my next review |

I checked out several airsoft websites and decided to give AirSplat a try. I was surprised that their prices were considerably lower for green gas compared to what I found locally where I live. I purchased green gas, silicone oil and bb's. My order was processed, shipped and delivered in a few days. I received my complete order and everything arrived wrapped and adequately protected. I've used all the products I ordered and haven't had any problems. I think AirSlat's prices are very reasonable, they are quick getting your order out, and the shipping is fast. I would definitely recommend them and I will be a repeat customer. |

Airsplat offers amazing high quality equipment at unbelievably low prices. With free shipping over 50$ i can give airsplat an eleven out of ten and would recommend it to anybody who plays or is interested in playing airsoft. |

As of Today, I'm placing my 8th order with them. Very satisfied return customer. Probably some of the best non-sale prices online, and some pretty deep sales a couple of times a year. I mostly buy AEG's and bb's from them, so i cant say much about their gear. Shipping times have been the best out of any retailer. Other places like GI or Evike take two to three weeks to get where I am wheras I can get my order from airsplat in a week if I order on a monday. One order there was a minor issue of something being broken in shippings as well as a burst baag of bb's. I called them and they resolved my issue on the spot, sending me out a replacement part and order right away. Knowing this, if anything ever does happen to my package in shipment I know they're going to take care of me, no probelemo. I'll give them a five star for their customer service, |

Definitely one of the best airsoft websites. Their customer service was spot on, and I got exactly what I wanted for a low price. Absolutely great. The selection of all the guns from spring pistols to GBB snipers to AEG rifles is absolutely astounding. The website makes you feel at home with plenty of great deals and all the information about airsoft, including the complimentary reviews by Jake and Kristen. They are and have always been my #1 airsoft site. I highly recommended for backyard plinkers to serious players. |

Airsplat is a very good company-hard to beat their prices and selection. I think they to need to work on the amount of technical information for their products. Other companies are doing a better job in this area. One of the reasons I ordered the wrong items is that the web information is not very complete or inconsistent in the "product details" tab for each item. I know there are utube postings but in the description part for each gun posting mores specifics about the performance of the guns would be helpful. Providing chrono scores for example for different weight BBs. Many air soft arenas like our Airsoft Battleground in Rocklin Ca have a 400 FPS limit. Players want to be able to play up to that limit and know what the guns actual does, vs the box specs. It also would be helpful if they provided more detail about what fit what, example which magaz |
