So far so good, great prices and great web page layouts. If shipping is fast I will do business with again, quickly. Well a week later and no product has shipped. No where on the website did it mention that the product that I ordered was not instock and now I am stuck waiting on something backordered. I would have never bought something that was not in stock! Customer service still no response to my emails and still waiting. |

(Edited August 23rd by dob79) I would never buy from al-eds.com. I ordered two Alpine car receivers. One of them came broken. I returned it and paid $20 for shipping. I called and asked for refund, since it wasn't my fault.They said "we can't refund you for the shipping because the place we buy our products from won't refund us.. !?!?!What kind of answers is that?!? I thought i was paying for brand new unit delivered to me , since it wasn't broken prior shipping why i have to pay the shipping cost for return!?!?! |

easy site to navigate. pricegrabber listed the "pricegrabber15" coupon code which led me to the site. it did not work until i tried all caps and then was good to go. not sure how quickly i will receive the items, but i am sure there will be zero issues. so far, so good.... |

Outstanding service! Be aware that their policy is to ship only to the billing address. Because I am an active duty Soldier, they made an exception for me. Very happy with Al & Eds. |

this is a great place to purchase from. factory authorized, and the customer service is great. you may have to call once or twice to get a hold of someone, but they are very courteous when you get through. shipping is free for everything on their website, this is my third time i've purchased from them, and i am not disappointed. much better alternative to your traditional circuit city or best buy. shipping was extremely quick, and packaged great. i've bought from circuitcity's online website and they ship it in the original box (with noticeable physical damage on the box when received). al-eds takes the time to carefully package the item and you'll receive it in pristine condition. |

I was not able to obtain a Return Authorization online. Called the customer service number and was told that the restocking fee would be "usually 15-20%" but no promises. I was told to use the invoice number an a RMA number -- seemed like a deliberate run-around making returns difficult. |
