Re-evaluation: After accepting my order and sending a confirmation, I was then told the shipping costs would not be $3.00 as indicated but $8.03 on this $5.00 order. Item was 2 small plastic mounting bracket which could have been shipped in a simple mailing envelope by USPS. I agreed to pay the additional $5.03 because I needed the item. It has been over a week now and the package still has not arrived. Not very satisfied with this vendor any more since they raised the costs after the order was accepted and still have not delivered the item.	Overall Rating

I emailed this merchant asking a question and the merchant told me he couldn't sell to me and wouldnt answer my question without going through Ebay. I then went to this merchant's website. *** NOT EBAY *** and placed the order. I just hope the items I bought are for the right application. I received the items and one was damaged. I am sure it was damaged before shipping since the package and paking material were not damaged. This is VERY POOR business. DO NOT DEAL WITH Alan Computech International Retailer Response (04/16/2009): We received no notice of the damaged product, because if we had, we would have replaced or refunded your payment. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and in treating them with undeniable courtesy. Please give us the chance to fix the problem, before leaving UNFAIR feedback. Thank you.	Overall Rating

Put my order on hold while I complied. Sent me email with the rules in bold red underlined lettering. Looks intimidating. Sent very stern email because I was using international credit card.
