No response from vendor after numerous emails and voicemails over a month (they never answer the phone). I suspect they're reselling dumped products (explains the low prices). All the good ratings are from the same "kwsharp" who is obviously the owner. You're definitely taking a huge risk with this outfit.	Overall Rating

They sent me the wrong product knowingly and never gave me the option to accept or decline the offer. What they sent me did not work. When I asked for an RMA to return the product, they sent me a very vague email that was in broken English. It barely stated that they would refund my money, but was not an RMA form by any means. Anyway, I returned the product and have proof that the received it on April 4, but I have not received a refund yet and I doubt that I ever will. These guys are running a very shady business and should be shut down.	Overall Rating

They called and told me unit was new - but was opened for inspection. They talked me out of an RMA. After leaving a message and email. They called and said to send bad part and didn't understand why missing parts were not shipped to me. After sending bad part back. Replacement parts were never shipped. Got a call late evening saying parts will ship the next day and they would give me a tracking number. Two days later I left messages and send email. They don't return calls or emails. I was immediately charged however the order didn't even ship for one full week. when I received the amplifier it was refurbished not new. I powered it on and it worked, for about ten minutes, then it stopped. I installed my old amp back in its place and it worked fine. I contacted customer support and they said send it back. i did. I waited about a month a still hadn't received any refund. I kept sending emails but they said they hadn't received it yet. so about two weeks after that I received the amplifier back. no refund. I have given up trying to resolve this problem DON'T BUY FROM THEM	Overall Rating
