Their prices are competitive, and although they may be a couple of bucks more than a few others, the comments on those other stores make the extra worth it. It arrived in terrible condition - I reported this to the shipper who picked it up and shipped it back. Before the shipper verified that it had been damaged in shipping, alltimedeals shipped out a new AC. The process took about a month with all the cross country shipping, but these guys got it right in the end. Also, every time I called during business hours I actually spoke with a competant human, which made the process easier.	Overall Rating
