If an item is on backorder then it should stay in system and shipped when available. I should not have to reorder all the time. |

It is so difficult to find what I'm looking for specifically and working around the site is so difficult and time consuming that I'm not likely to come here just to browse. This is a shame since the products I wanted were priced right and who knows, but in the future they may have other things I want |

Everything was pretty easy, except I had trouble adding a second item to my shopping cart. This was just frustrating enough that I almost went elsewhere to purchase the items. After enough monkeying around, I was able to get both items in my cart and from there the check out process was very simple and straight forward. |
