I will plan on using this merchant again, especially if the product arrives in a timely manner. They used Yahoo! checkout and they accept PayPal. Auto generated e-mails were quick and they do have a toll free number, but I have not tried it yet. (No need to.) The item arrived within a few days and everything was packaged inside the right way. They answered my question, which was how long it would take to arrive. If they read these reviews and I owned this company, I would have offered to take my order on the phone and not redirect me to the computer in case I changed my mind. I was extremely satisfied with the completion and delivery of my first order. This site is very easy to use. They could have received a higher rating by not charging me shipping for the Honeywell replacement air cleaners that I ordered with this vacuum. Shipping was free for the vacuum and they could just put the filters in this same shipping box and not charged the $7.80 fee.	Overall Rating
