I will plan on using this merchant again, especially if the product arrives in a timely manner. They used Yahoo! checkout and they accept PayPal. Auto generated e-mails were quick and they do have a toll free number, but I have not tried it yet. (No need to.) The item arrived within a few days and everything was packaged inside the right way. They answered my question, which was how long it would take to arrive. If they read these reviews and I owned this company, I would have offered to take my order on the phone and not redirect me to the computer in case I changed my mind.
