I usually dont order online but from pricegrabber part search i came to know that as allhdd is a new reseller and their price are the lowest but when i came to order they were not giving the lowest price but i had to check that, amazing !! they offered me the lowest price than any others and their description was well structured. if anyone wants to know about the product he will get the informtion on thei site and from the salesman. they were very helpful and they send me confirmation and the tracking informations. my product arrived on time safely and well packed. i am very much impressed with their service. good job. coming soon to shop again with you. Overall, I am very impressed with the service provided by allhdd. However, my initial order was out of stock, and I was given a nearby restocking date and it was for 2/3 days. As promised my order came in. Our company needed a minimum of 20 of those parts. Well after doing a search online, i came across ALLHDD.com. I was skeptical of their stock, because I had so much difficulty to begin with. It was to be a wd1000bb- 00caa1. That wasontheir ad. Instead I got a wd1000bb-00ccb0. Which is not the same. I called them And they told me it was my fault. They also didn't have the same numbers as I am looking for. When I typed in wd1000bb-00caa1 they came up. I could have got one for $60.00 w/free shipping. I chose them because it was new. kbishrapp from NY Member Since: 04/30/2002 View Member's: Reviews	BEWARE OF THIS MERCHANT!!!! the ad said free ground shipping and no tax. when i placed the order the shipping was 16.34 for ground and they added tax of 6.73. i placed the order anyway then called the merchant. got a cell phone. they called back and left a message, said they would remove the shipping but could not remove the tax(i said ok). then the next day i got a message saying that when they tried to remove the shipping (THEY DELETED THE ORDER ACCDENTALLY) then i called them the next day as they are in NY. went to their office location. (IT IS A RESIDENTIAL APARTMENT) cell phone residential apartment who has time for this kind of merchant life is too short. I WILL NEVER CONSIDER THIS MERCHANT AGAIN. Retailer Response (04/13/2009): Free shipping was placed on customer\'s order as advertised, we also called the customer repeatedly to confirm her order.(Email evidence) In addition, an appartment office suites our office needs for a calling center, we are an online merchant, and never do onsite pick ups. They kept saying it was shipped and we'd get it the next day - even genrated a fedex #. One week later fedex said they generated the lavel but never shipped it. I cancelled the order and called my credit card company to reverse the charge. I wouldn't trust them to credit it.	Overall Rating
