The worse it that it had been delivered two weeks before I contacted them, and they didn't tell me they were expecting a confirmation or anything. TERRIBLE customer service!!	Overall Rating

I recently ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses in which Altrec matched the price from another website PLUS they gave me 5% on top of the savings. They offered free shipping as well. After placing my order, I found Oakley sunglass case that I wanted so I called back Dave F. (who helped me initially). He took my payment information, gave me FREE shipping and was super efficient and friendly. You can't ask for better customer service, product selection, or prices than at Altrec.com. Shipped two days earlier than stated, tho original estimate was four days to leave Altrec, which is too long for an in-stock item. Big problem was on delivery end: 1) failed to put Unit number on label, so FedEx didn't know where to deliver; 2) failed to send tracking email and CSR provided incorrect date of shipping; and 3) in my area FedEx won't redeliver same day with corrected address or allow customer pickup until after 3rd attempt. The product I ordered was discounted because it was a discontinued color and ended up not being available in my size. However, when Altrec.com discovered they didn't have the product they called me and offered it to me in a current color for the same discounted price which was great. I love the product.
