I ordered a harmonic balancer on October 12th. Received on the 18th. Shipping time was good, but the part was incorrect. It was missing the PS v-belt groove. Also for informational purposes the part was stamped MADE IN CHINA. I immediately took photos and emailed the vendor. They emailed me the following day sent me a UPS shipping label, apologized about the incorrect part and said as soon as they received the old one back they would send the correct one. I couldn't be without a vehicle, I ordered the replacement part from NAPA (which I had in two days) and let this vendor know that I would just need a refund. I packed the parts and shipped them back. Now up to this point, the vendor had given me no real reason to be upset with them, yes they shipped the wrong part, but it happens. No big deal, and they did send me a return label. BUT, they received this on Oct 27, it is now Nov 18, Still no refund. After many emails, I filed with Paypal, hope to get refund for Christmas |

Outstanding! Dealer quote was $210 for a replacement power mirror (part only). AM-AutoParts price was $45.50, free shipping. Recieved mirror in 3 days and it fit and works perfectly! |

I ordered an exhaust-mani/cat from them (~$170 at the time) and it was showed up very quickly. I installed the part, which dropped right in (the instructions were ~90% correct) and everything seemed ok. Shortly after however my check engine light came on. After inspection, it seems that the new part didn't seal well and there was a slight exhaust leak. Obviously I was upset, so I contacted them via e-mail, and they got back to me very quickly (couple hours). After sending a couple e-mails back and forward, they sent me out a new part AND e-mailed me a shipping label to return my malfunctioning part. I was able to replace the part without having any downtime from returning and re-ordering. The new part was actually a more expensive version of the part I ordered (no cost to me) and fit pretty much like OEM. No problems since and it has been working like a dream. Their customer service was great. Only reason for 4 stars is the needed return. Buying from them again soon. |

I purchased a part from AM-AutoParts through eBay. I had a warranty issue. Upon review, they gave me a full refund without a big hassle. I highly recommend them. Not only do they give you a great price but they actually stand behind what they sell! What a concept. Anyhow, give them a try. |

I'm on my fourth order with AM and the results are a mixed bag. A squirrel-cage heater fan for a 1999 Honda was shipped quickly, installed and fit perfectly and has worked for several months. A coolant resevoir for a 1998 Taurus arrived quickly, too, and fit well but the screw-on cap that came with it kept popping off under pressure so I had to get a new cap from Ford. I also ordered two complete headlight assemblies for the Taurus...they installed okay but not perfect, they took quite a bit of adjustment to get the beam level, and the low beam is usable but a very uneven pattern. I just ordered a pair of non-heated remote-powered exterior rearview mirrors for the Taurus. The motors in the originals only lasted a few years so even if the cheap ones from AM Autoparts hold paint, fit & last just a few years we'll be content. AM is good for hard-to-find parts for older cars but quality is a crapshoot, so be aware of the "all sales are final" policy. You buy it, you keep it. |

I bought a fuel tank filler pipe that was faulty from the beginning. After numerous tries I got A&M on the phone; all they said was that the vent was blocked, no solution to the problem. I finally had a mechanic explain to me that the vent is inside the pipe, and had a kink in it, and there was no way to fix it. In other words, it was there when I got it from A&M. I have emailed A&M, but no reply. They are almost impossible to get on the phone. |

STAY AWAY! There is no returns on items, they are a horrible company, they don't stand behind what they sell. The distributor i got from them lasted 7 miles and it died. |

Purchased mirrors for my jeep in May 2008. 10/8/08 shut the door of my jeep and the mirror broke off at the mounting post. contacted AM-autoparts and recieved an reply that they do not warranty parts if there are not sure how they are installed. The mirror has 4 screws and can only be mounted one way. I would not buy from these people they have no cutomer service. No way to talk to someone, save yourself the headache and buy from a better company. |

I ordered three headlight assemblies from their web site, the only ones listed for the two cars for which I sought parts. None fit. I contacted the vendor and was told that I ordered the wrong part. Since I ordered the ONLY part they listed on their site, that seemed ridiculous. I asked about a refund or replacement that was the correct part and was told that they don't offer either because they just sell the stuff and it's drop-shipped from another vendor. This smells of unethical behavior through and through and I'd warn everyone away from these guys. |

I had a problem with the headlight they sold me, and they were not willing to replace the part. You cannot get a direct line to actually talk to these people, and your e-mails will be ignored. After "saving" money buying their cheap after market product, I went to the dealership and bought the qenuine part. Save your time, money and grief and don't do business here.
