It's written in plain english(the seller will decline the sale, if the shipping address is diffrent than the billing address) I suggest that you go to school and learn english as a second languge its free in this country, and God bless the USA we do This to prevent fruad. There was scotch tape on the box to keep the box closed and the screen did not work when I turned it on. I immediately contacted Memory Outlet about this issue and they responded with a email requesting the the serial number, product ID etc which they already had. I sent another email and they sent me a 4 word email "call garmin for service". They provided no assistance with this product even though I requested to return the unit which they never responded with a Material Return request. I will never do business with them again.
