My first order, I ordered testing strips for my Bayer Contour meter, but was then introduced to the Accu-Chek Aviva. I liked the Aviva so much better, I sent the remaining boxes of Contour strips back to ADW and they very quickly refunded my purchase with no problems. On this, my second order, I ordered 3 boxes of Aviva testing strips and a package of Accu-Chek Multi-Clix lancets. Since my order was over $100 I got FREE SHIPPING, and saved a bunch of money (the cheapest I have found Aviva testing strips has been $50 for 50 strips; I paid less than $31 with ADW and never left the house). The information that the opportunity to change the shipping method will be made available on the last page should be placed somewhere near to where it tells you that your order qualifies for free shipping. Notification of delivery time is up to the USPS and they don't tell. That's a 1. Delivery was amazing though--2 days. My doctor's instructions were very complex. Carolyncsb from CA Member Since: 08/22/2006 View Member's: Reviews	I just went to use the Accu-Chek Active diabetic test strips I purchased from American Diabetes Wholesale. Of course, I used my AccuChek Active meter. I made sure that the code key that came up was the same that is listed on the cannister. I kept getting the error code E-5, which means there is something wrong with the test strip. My meter is not suddenly defective, as I already used it successfully today with a different batch of test strips I had purchased at a pharmacy. I tried many of the test strips, and got the same error message. I sampled test strips from all 3 cannisters, and still got the same error message. Then, I noticed that the key codes for all 3 cannisters are the SAME. This has never been the case with any AccuChek strips I've bought at a pharmacy. I've been sold expired test strips-or worse, counterfit ones! They all have the same lot numbers, too. I am out $80.20 for all 3 cannisters that do not work. Worse yet, I can't get a blood glucose reading! Retailer Response (08/25/2006): Dear Carolyncsb, I\\\'m sorry to know that you are not satisfied with our service. Please make sure to give a correct info here, we NEVER sold and will not sell expired strips to anyone, furthermore ALL of our testing supplies have at least 10+ months of shelf life. I would suggest you to contact us ASAP and we will be more than happy to help you with this issue, our customer service number is (877) 241 - 9002 and we are here M-F 9:00am to 4:30pm EST Once again, we are always here for our customers and there was NO ONE in all those years to be unhappy with our service , products and prices.
