I had not realized that using a discount or promotional code would affect the free shipping I had already qualified for. This was dissapointing as codes can only be used a one time only basis anyway. The code brought $1.56 below the free shipping and had I used it to save five dollars I would have paid another 12 dollars in shipping rather than free! In some cases these codes can end up costing you rather than saving you money! I deleted the order and started over without using the code. Other than that I love diabetic wholesale the selection, prices and speed of delivery are outstanding. Same applies regarding auto ship savings because if you arent over 100 the shipping will cost more than the savings of autoship. |

Your website is improving. It only took thirty minutes (as opposed to the usual hour) and I only had to get a new password once and re-log on 5 times as opposed to the usual 8 or 9 times. Ever since you "improved" your website it has been pitiful. You are a great company with great products at a reasonable price- but I only shop here when I get desperate. |

My 8 year old daughter has been Type 1 since the age of 3. Now trying to teach her care, the accu chek multi clik lancets are perfect for her. With your affordable price, I don't mind bypassing my insurance company that only supplies us with antiquated testing supplies. Thanks for the help |

Every time you change a page on their website you have to log back on. This is especially irritating when you try to do something like update your shopping cart. Great products, but terrible, terrible website. |

I am very happy with how easy it was to find the products I needed with prices clearly stated. I was even happier when I received my order within a few days. I'm writing this five days later as I am placing another order for a cable to go with the free test meter I received. My husband is also thankful as he will no longer have to make a trip to the pharmacy at the last minute. |

Found checking out frustrating. Red asterisks for required items include greyed-out, inexplicable blanks. I fiddled around trying to figure out what to do with them. Either they're required or they aren't. |

As a previous customer, I have always been pleased with orders placed with American Diabetes Wholesale and recommend it highly. The website has been revised and finding one product (Smith&Nephew IV3000 1-Hand #4008, took entirely too much time and patience. The Search and Help commands were not helpful. Help files were useless to me since I knew the info they provided. I recommend revising the Search function on the website. I have not yet received this order. |

One of my cats was recently diagnosed with feline diabetes. Finding American Diabetes Wholesale (ADW) was a blessing. This merchant offered the best prices which is always a plus. Above all, it was so easy to find exactly what I was looking for! I will be ordering ongoing supplies from ADW. |

We've used ADW numerous times to order supplies for our diabetic dog and they've provided great discounts, excellent interaction via the phone for questions on supplies, and very fast shipping. I found their feature where you can save your "shopping cart" today which should expedite our ordering in the future since we order the same supplies every 6 months or so. An excellent online experience. |

I found this site by accident, as I was looking for PET insulin supplies. The prices were better than any "pet" supplies place I had used previously. S/H is free for orders over $100 (the usual for the "pet" places). I found a $12 coupon code on promotioncode.org (yes! it worked, and still got free s/h although the total was now under $100). The site is well organized and very easy to find your way around. The search feature worked perfectly. I highly recommend ADW!!! |

Finding the items that I wanted was fairly straightforward. PAYING for them was not. I used Paypal. I was not even aware that I had yet to pay for the items in question because: 1)the last (I thought) page said "Your order was successful! We appreciate your business, and look forward to serving you in the future." and it had a "Pay now" button next to it. 2)I had previously bought from this site, and they had all my account information, I thought the item had been paid for. How could my order be "sucessful" if it hadn't been paid for? 2 days later, I checked paypal, found no sign of this transaction, and started over again. The REAL last page and the QUESTIONABLE are exactly the same with the exception of the "Pay Now" button. Fix this! |

I have a diabetic cat who must be tested just like a person, so my insurance doesn't cover any of his testing materials or insulin. I found ADW on the web and am realy impressed with the savings, easy of ordering and fast service. I'm saving about 50%! Thanks. |

This is the second time I have ordered my diabetic testing supplies from AMERICAN DIABETES WHOLESALE. My first order, I ordered testing strips for my Bayer Contour meter, but was then introduced to the Accu-Chek Aviva. I liked the Aviva so much better, I sent the remaining boxes of Contour strips back to ADW and they very quickly refunded my purchase with no problems. On this, my second order, I ordered 3 boxes of Aviva testing strips and a package of Accu-Chek Multi-Clix lancets. Since my order was over $100 I got FREE SHIPPING, and saved a bunch of money (the cheapest I have found Aviva testing strips has been $50 for 50 strips; I paid less than $31 with ADW and never left the house). Thank-you ADW for great service, great products, and saving me money!!! |
