I was disappointed that I was charged for mailing to Alaska....This is a birthday party for my grandson and he is so excited so we will see how well this guitar works...we needed a left handed electric guitar and there wasn't much to choose from. Most great musicians are left handed..... |

I have been buying from AMS for about 2 years and they ALWAYS have the best price and ALWAYS ship on time, undamaged and if I decide I do not like what I received the return process is hassle-free. This way I don't feel like if I order it and get it and don't like it I am stuck with it. I used to shop locally so I could "touch it" before I bought it but AMS makes it easy and I love the fact it just shows up at the house and I save that golden gas money! |

Like most merchants, they don't pay attention to packaging. Folks can fill a box, but they DON'T know haw to actually pack a package. As most merchant, company doesn't consider that the "box" is the ONLY real contact they have with customer, but yet- they don't pay ANY attention to packaging the items. |

it was very easy to pick the items that i wanted to buy. great info on the items that i looked at. great shipping price (FREE). i like the wish list that they have, it was a big help on deciding on the items that i purchased. i would and have recommended American music supply to my family members that are thinking about buy guitars, to give American music supply a good look before they buy. i really like the 3 easy payment plan cause if they didn't offer it i would have had to buy the guitar and the amp separate. i will be buying more of my music supply from American music supply. i have bought from American music supply before and i was very happy with the item that i bought and the service that i received. |
