In addition to an unreasonably long shipping time, their customer service is useless. After waiting 12 days I wrote and asked them to check where the shipment was, since it cannot be tracked it on their site. Two days later they sent me an answer telling me to wait until it has been 7-10 days since it was shipped. (This was now 14 days after they shipped it!) Obviously, they did not read the email. It finally arrived on the 16th day after shipping. It was of abysmal quality. The material was cut with the one-way nap going the wrong way! The sleeves were too short and improperly sewn, causing both the garment and the sleeves to ride up whenever you tried to perform any normal movement. The zipper was improperly finished at the neckline, and stuck straight up, jabbing you in the neck. The material was paper thin. I think they should refund the $6.15 it cost to return this garment that was not wearable. |

After I placed my order with this merchant online, I received a confirmation email stating "Since you selected STANDARD shipping, the "In Stock" items you ordered should arrive in 10 business days". The item didn't ship until 5 business days after the order was placed. I recieved a shipping confirmation email stating "Since you selected STANDARD shipping, the items listed above should arrive in 10 business days". Two weeks later, I inquired about why my order was taking so long to be delivered. I recieved an email stating "Please allow 10 to 15 business days from the ship date for delivery". That basically means that I shouldn't expect my delivery for 20 business days from the order date! If I had known that at the time of order, I WOULDN'T HAVE ORDERED THE PRODUCT! The actual delivery date is double what was originally stated with the order. If you order from this merchant DON'T TRUST THE DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES THEY STATE.. DOUBLE THEM. |
