Also, when the seller gives the condition as being "new", it should be new. If it's "like new", then it should indicate this. My product clearly was NOT new. I reported this to PriceGrabber so they are aware that this particular seller was less than forthright either intentionally or not. Luckily it did work, and I'm pleased with the product.
