I ordered a 5 pack of toner cartridges. They only shipped me 1, and refused to ship the other 4 or pay for return shipping. I good retailer would accept their mistake gracefully. Instead I am having to contest the charge--not to mention the time I have wasted debating what "5PK" means. It certainly doesn't stand for "Product Knowledge". |
