The price is decent and the processing speed is reasonable. However, I think something could have been more flexible for this dealer, such as the usage of the gift card. It was supposed to operate with batteries, but I went through about 4 sets both alkaline and rechargeable within minutes and the latch on the CD cover was broken. I sent it back and they claimed that the batteries worked and implied that I broke the unit so they deducted the free shipping and charged me a re-stocking charge. To me, they just manipulated the facts to avoid losing any money. I think they knew it was defective when they sent it. Probably got it back from someone else and maybe didn't notice the broken latch.	Overall Rating

Contents appeared OK but found out later that 4 keys were inoperative. When I call Andy's for help they sent out a replacement and arranged for pickup of the defective keyboard the same day.
