The price listed was just a couple of dollars higher than competing prices, but without shipping chargers the overall price was much cheaper. I received an e-mail confirming the product and was given a tracking number immediately after the money transaction cleared. Very friendly and very quick customer service. It also was the top result of the search engine as well as showing up as Windows XP Professional on the Paypal receipt. I contacted the seller and was ignored.
