Reviews 		Ordering from the Ann Taylor Loft website is very easy and they always seem to have a deal going on. I love shopping by size, I can always narrow down my selections based on their inventory. I tried to cancel my order about an hour after I completed the transaction on the web, but the customer service rep told me it was already in process. I found it odd that after I was notified that my package is on its way, I got an email saying that one of the items was not available and that my account would be credited. When I received my package 10 days later (flat shipping fee of $6), I was disappointed that my savings cards ($25 off $50 on next purchase) were not included in the order. I called in and was told that they ran out, so they made a note in my account to give me the discount for my next phone order. This was a bummer, since I prefer to shop on the web instead of the phone. They did give me free shipping for the inconvenience. Overall Rating
