Our need was to run CAT5 between the computer and a LCD. We did not want to run a vga cable form the computer to the LCD and convert form DVI to VGA then back to DVI-HDMI. So we found the device we were looking for at ANT Online. HDmi To Dvi Over CAT5E Mini-extender. The only thing we had to do was to install the extender and everything worked great. [__Processing__] N/A, instant payment via PayPal. [__Shipping__] A < 0.3 lb 2"x2"x2" product (not including packaging, which was plastic) with regular shipping set me back $7.98 for shipping, more than half the cost of the product itself. This shipping took the longest to arrive from 3 different, cheaper alternatives with very similar weights and dimensions from other companies. [__Delivery__] The item arrived by USPS in my mailbox, and was not damaged; this isn't saying much though considering the item; an iHome IHM7 speaker. [__Other__] Make sure you write down your order/invoice number from the page it redirects you to after payment. They do not send you an e-mail containing this info, and they say they "cannot retrieve" it. Without this number, you have no way of tracking your shipment. This may not the be same for all payment options (I used PayPal).	Overall Rating

Before making an order, I discussed the return policy with a customer service representative to make sure I could return the item if not happy. After the order was received, I requested to return it and was subsequently denied. Customer Service was subsequently very rude, did not follow up on my appeal and basically told me tough luck. I will never order from ANTOnline again. Their return policy/process is very deceptive and dishonest.	Overall Rating
