I never received any notification of if or when my order shipped. As this software was for doing my taxes and taxes were due in less than three weeks I was concerned that I received no communication, even after writing and asking what the status of my order was. All in all it all worked out as I received the order the next day after emailing them. But as of this writing I STILL have not received ANY order updates from this vendor.
