I've noticed it at a lot of online retailers and enjoy using it when possible. Flat-Rate shipping is great, but I feel a trend towards free shipping and returns. If I'm looking for a product sold at multiple retailers, I tend to purchase from the site with that option, or at least with the lowest shipping and best exchange/return policy since I'm purchasing items sight unseen.
