(Edited June 19th by k_wong) The order was processed in a very timely manner, within 3 days of ordering the shipment was delivered. We had some questions with the shipment and Brett from sales acted promptly to have them addressed. |

Very professional company with great customer service - someone was on site late into the night to answer questions about my order. Great prices! Purchases are worry free b/c you have the option to guarantee them through BuySafe. Was skeptical at first (too many fake companies out there selling electronics!) but am extremely pleased with Apparel and Tech and will be a repeat customer. My Garmin 680 came quickly and in pristine packaging. Awesome vendor! |

I would definitely recommend Apparel and Tech to others; the representative that answered my email did so very promptly and clearly actually used his brain instead of feeding me some catch-all response about my billing question. They shipped my refurbished 2407WFP on Monday, I having ordered it on Saturday. It arrived when they said it would, in very good condition. The price was the best I found. |

The entire experience was outstanding. Brett was very curteous and helpful in all aspects of the deal. He was even willing to help me get an additional item related to the purchase that the company did not normally carry. I will definately do business wiht this company in the future.
