Very good prices on name brand appliances, The shipment seems long 2-4 days to load plus ship time. I've not yet received the microwave so I'll send feedback on this later. |

We have been very pleased with our experience in dealing with Appliances Connection. We ordered a refrigerator last year and received it BEFORE they said it would arrive and they were very helpful with installation! We have now ordered a gas grill and although have not received the shipment yet, the customer service up to this point has been excellent! There is always someone available on the phone to help with questions, etc. We would not hesitate to continue using Appliances Connection for future appliance purchases! |

Overall my experience was good purchasing a Speed Queen washer. Easy checkout process, no surprises. Was surprised, though, that a $25 discount for a same day order offered from Speed Queen was not mentioned until I got to the checkout. I thought that would be something you would want to advertise on the website itself to get people to purchase there instead of looking to another website. I almost bought the washer from a competitor who had the same listed purchase price. Glad I didn't as I would have missed out on the $25 rebate. Otherwise no complaints. I have been receiving email updates regarding my shipment for an order purchases 2 days ago. |

The item has not yet arrived. I received an email stating that I'd receive express shipping if I rated the company on Pricegrabber. I'm a little disappointed that the original shipping estimate was 10-14 days but am pleased to be able to expedite it. The price of the microwave/convection oven I ordered was excellent compared to other stores so I really can't complain too much about shipping taking a little longer. I originally ordered this item from a scratch and dent store and it arrived in unacceptable condition with the control panel torn off. I feel much more comfortable with this one being a new item from ApplianceConnection.com and am confident I will be doing business with them again in the future. Their website was very user friendly and easy to navigate. |

Pricing is the best on the internet, especially considering sales tax. Free shipping made the difference. Website simple and intuitive. Microwave just ordered, not yet received. Website explains everything so I don't expect any surprises. Smooth experience. |
