my light fixture rim arrived broken so i contacted customer service and Andrea was very helpful and quick to get it resolved - customer service like that needs to be rewarded and posted on the web so future customers know your quality service - not a fly by night online store - the absolute best! |

I would like to thank Amanda Freese for providing prompt, courteous, and generally outstanding service. This was despite a long backorder wait time, problems with drop ship order fulfillment, and multiple modifications to the order. All along the way, Amanda kept me up to date about estimated ship dates, resolved multiple issues with the vendor, and provided deep discounts to what I was buying. Given the above extenuating circumstances, I would not hesitate to buy again! |
