Second purchase from Ashford. My Zenith watch was 35%off retail (best price I found online) and delivery was fast despite choosing regular shipping. Seeing how I've dealt with some companies and had not so smooth experiences, I have to say that this was everything an online shopping experience should be. |

I recently ordered a Breitling Emergency Mission from this company. The lady who did the sale was really nice and professional, Katleen. The order was placed on the Friday and was promised to be arrived on the Tuesday (shipped on Monday for overnight delevery)I needed it to be shipped at a specific time, extremely important !Monday I get an email from the verifivation departement stating that they need a copy of a goverment document and a copy of both sides of my credit card. Not even a phone call was made to explain to me what is going on. The lady who placed my order did a great job in spelling my name (everything was perfect), some other incompetent person messed up my name,I have no clue how this could have happenned since I only spoke to that sales lady, because of that they needed to verify my credit card althought the transaction did go thru?When I reached customer service, noone could reach the verification departement so obviously my package will be delayed. Customer service? |

I was very happy with all aspects of the shopping experience save for one, and that was when checking out and inputting my billing information, I kept getting an error that my phone number was entered incorrectly, though no instructions were given as to why it was wrong. Eventually, I figured out that no parenthesis or dashes were wanted, but it took 3 tries. Otherwise, all is good. |
