I did not receive my watch back for about 6 weeks and customer service was terrible. Every time that I had called to check on the status of my repair, no one knew what was going on. Sent back for another repair on September 22 b/c minute handle fell off. It is now November 4 and still have not received my watch. Called them several times, again customer service did not know a thing. The manager informed me that they had never received a return's address and maybe my reply (replied on Oct 13 2009) went into spam mail and it was deleted (not first time emailing). Manager was not helpful and told me that she would call and email me on the following Monday to update me. Never received a phone call or an email b/c she was out. What about Tuesday?. Terrible customer service, unorganized, and would not recommend if you ever want to see your watch	Overall Rating

My son found the website and purchased 2 "dynamite" watches with extremely low prices -- thus, he purchased 2 for the price of 1 but these watches were a rare find. For Mother's Day, I received a gorgeous watch valued at $695 for $175! I get stares or rather my watch gets stares and for good reasons! Now, we are purchasing a great watch for Father's Day. When I contacted their customer service, they kept stressing that the product i received matches the product number of my order, even though my complaint was that the description of the watch on the website was inaccurate. They kept saying "did u mean to order the item number ####?", as if it was my fault for not noticing the fraudulent description. the only solution they offered was for me to pay 1.5 times more for a watch that i originally expected to receive. for this reason and the fact that the price was good, i did not decide to do the exchange, but i still feel like i have been a victim of fraud. i consider this webiste to be not trustworthy and will never do business with again. Retailer Response (05/11/2009): Unfortunately due to a data entry error the closing mechanism/style was not as described. Although, the customer received the watch in good order, but was unhappy with the \"Double folding clasp.\" As per our policy of customer satisfaction we have offered the customer a FULL refund.
