I explained to them that I cannot have my addres changed because not a good idea to have credit card statements sent to the desert in Helmand and after they responded with I have to do what they say I canceled the order. They still put a hold on my credit card and refuse to remove it and are trying to force me into paying for stuff they never even shipped. Dont believe me then look them up on BBB.org They have multiple complaints against them. Mine now too.	Overall Rating

Product was dead on arrival and company refused to offer refund or replacement citing me at fault for the damage. They have not returned the product to me nor given me a refund. After 15 minutes waiting they told me they didn't have it. I wasted an hour and a half sitting in traffic. They still show the item "in stock" on their web site. Stay clear of these guys! Items were as advertised and in stock (or obtained within 24 hours). They allowed me to pick up in person since I live in the area. I viewed their operation upon picking up my orders on both occaisions and was impressed with the level of service and the professional atmosphere. I plan to do more business with them. Shortly afterwards I got a telephone call from an ATACom rep who said that my credit card number was missing some digits... so I gave him the correct information. At that point I was quite impressed with their response. Then I received an email stating that the item was no longer in stock. I went back to their site to look for a substitute, and found the same board listed, but now it was $21 more expensive! It feels a lot like a classic bait-and-switch.	Overall Rating

He highly recommended this store to me. When I needed a AMD ATHLON 64 3200 CPU, I called ATACOM to check the availability. The person took my call confirming that they had the item in stock. There were a lot of online resellers claiming they had the product in stock. In fact, they didn't, since this MB was hard to find for reason unknown to me. I called ATACOM. The customer service rep told me they had the MB in stock, and they could ship it out the same day. So I placed my order on line, and got the product today. I sent in a request for an RMA number (which i had to fax in because they have no email system) but 2 weeks later i have still heard nothing from them. I have decided to take my business elsewhere. The customer service rep I talked to was of no assistance, and this purchase expereience was utterly pathetic. The memory they shipped me I could have ordered $10 to $15 dollors cheaper from another company, I asked if they would deduct $10 off of my balance to resolve their error. I made the order. Card was debited the same day and the order was confirmed via e-mail. 5 days later and 4 emails later I was communicating with the sales rep. as to what happened to my order. Finally I decided to cancel my order. The worste thing about the whole thing was that order wasn't cancelled because the product was in "shortage" of supply not "out of stock".	Overall Rating
