I have not received this merchandise yet and have tracked it on the UPS tracker and it was delivered to CA and I want to know what you would like me to do about this order as I will be calling to cancel the transaction on my credit card. I expect a reply ASAP |

In general, the experience on their site has been very good. I did have to go to another couple of sites to reference the exact battery I needed for my camcorder. It is a 10 year old model, and it did not show up. There are other sites with much better camcorder cross-references, but not as good prices. |

I have been buying from Ateck.com for sevral years off and on. I have always gotten good pricing and quick service. The one time I ordered something that was on back order ... I was notified that day and there was only a day (minimal) delay. Keep up the good work! |

Asking for the bank's phone number--which is only a customer service number on my card--is something I've never seen at any other site and which I feel is rather insulting, given the fact I'm more apt to be ripped off by so-called "merchants" on line than this merchant is by me. |

Product was sold as bulk packaging which is fine but the sticker said it was "reworked" I take that as not new. The package has no UPC so I am sure they will not take back this item that dose not function. Read their return policy before you order I don't think you will want to risk your money. I am not going to waste time and money trying to return this. |
