definatly use this site. was fast delivery and great service. i ordered something, then ordered something the next day before they shipped my first order. they held my first order and shipped together, so i did not have to pay for 2 shipments. very cool. |

Price grabber listed the shipping and handling fees as $11.60 but the web site charged $16.50. My credit card was charged before my order shipped. This charge was placed the same day that I received a call informing me that they could not fill my order and that the product I purchased was being ordered. I called them to discuss this issue and was given a verbal apology for my credit card being charged but no offer was made to reduce the shipping or any other offer to make ammends. |

great prices, great service, fast responses on emails and phone calls. My amp messed up and they gladly took it back and sent it for a repair, no questions asked. Explained what was happening and that's it. The new amp is on its way. Would highly recommend and buy any other product!! |

I ordered the product on 11/26/07. It did not arrive until 12/10/07. This is way to long to have to wait for an order to be processed and shipped. This was not the fault of the shipper as Audio Video did not process the order in a timely manner. The price was the best I found but the shipping charges were higher than the advertised price shiping charges. Overall, I would order again based on product price and hope Audio Video Diminsions can improve on processing their times. |
