I finally filed a complaint and received an email shortly after stating that the ordered item was out of stock and a shipment would arrive during the week of Jan 18-24. I have been patient with the holiday but when they claim to have it delivered within 3-4 days, two weeks and counting is unacceptable. What's odd is that I looked on their site again a week later and they were still listing the item. b) What I will say is that they have excellent customer service. My order was cancelled promptly, my card charged back quickly, and they were friendly about it. I ended up ordering something else from them a week or so later.
