I was very pleased with the selection especially for kids instruments. These can be hard to find. The prices were reasonable and order came in 3 days. I would buy from them again. |

I ordered a hard-to-find left handed guitar, and it arrived broken. I thought it would be a nightmare to RMA and get straightened out, but these guys found a new instrument, and had it in my hands (trouble-free) within 10 days. I'VE NEVER HAD SUCH EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I was kept in the loop by e-mail at every turn, and whenever I called, I got to talk to LIVE PEOPLE (no voice-mail hell). I would happily recommend Austin Bazaar to ANYONE. |

A little confusing ordering it, coupon number looked like two small ll and it turned out to be two ii, I only put that number in as a last result. I generally don't shop on line and this time is was ok but the price of purchase for my groupon was 129 and the price that came up on this was 199 not sure what actually went thru. |
