I was looking for a Cartier watch for my husbands birthday and I had called a few online companies. My Oris Big Crown Aviator purchase was made on-line on a Sunday, and arrived Tuesday morning. The watch was exactly as described, and the transaction was flawless. I have not had any reason to send the watch back for service or repair, so I cannot rate that aspect. Buying through AuthenticWatches.com saved me 50% of retail. There were additional discounts offered in a letter that came with the watch for the extended warranties. Based on my personal experience thus far, I can recommend AuthenticWatches.com and will certainly consider using them for future watch purchases. |

My BR03-92 arrived in perfectly new condition, I received the extra strap, and strap changing tools that come with this model. Both Sam and Nick were great in answering my questions. I very much recommend my purchasing experience. They were great to deal with, communicate well and ship quickly. All the items were brand new and genuine. Great experience. |

I have had my eye on this watch for a few years now and I finally decided to treat myself. Overall straightforward. Bit frustrating to find that it didn't originally accept Visa from UK (Potential for fraud)- should incorporate 'Verified by Visa' to address this- otherwise will cost them dear in lost sales. Visa now happily approved as card company (rightfully) checked my whether I had ordered for real- then released approval to pay. |

I ordered my watch in the beginning of December and didn't receive it until April 6th. I made many calls to Authentic watches and was told it was on order and they would let me know by email when it arrives. They assured me that it would eventually come in. I did wait a long time for the watch however I did eventually receive it and I am very happy with the watch. I just wish it would have arrived sooner. Their follow up service can use improvement but their products are great and so are their prices. |
