I have waited until I received the Sony 55" TV, so overall the service was OUTSTANDING. They sent what they said and it made it here in the timeframe they said. Also kept me informed with both emails and phone calls, will use them again. |

NEVER. This store is a scam. My order was canceled because they were not able to contact me while I sent 3 emails to them and they didn't reply to my email then they suddenly canceled the order. And also they said "We had trouble verifying the credit card information that was given to us because it appeared to our credit card processor that the card was issued by a bank outside of the USA and we do not process credit card from non USA based banks." --- I called my credit card company and the credit card company said that the billing was posted, if you can't process the credit card then why was it posted in my billing statement??!!?!. Then they also said this " The original price of $949.50 was a "Black Friday thru Cyber Monday" price only and those items were sold out and therefore that price can no longer be honored. We do have one KDL-46 HX729 in stock , but it will be sold at the new price of $1,199.50. --- then they increased the price also SCAMMER |

Easy to use site. Price is excellent. Had to cancel order because a $75 delivery insurance wasn't mentioned on site. Merchant called me to tell me about these additional require fees. It should have been mentioned on the site & included I'm the price (like shipping costs) prior to the final purchase. Ordered a 3D, which was $100 more because they were out of the TV without it. Didn't want to pay an additional $75. |

i made my order on 6/26/11 and recieved confirmation email and that was it. i called customer service and was told items has been shipped and should check online. well up to date no tracking # and company's website and nothing there to help. what should i do? Retailer Response (09/23/2011): Dear Customer, your order was received on 6/26 and shipped UPS on 6/28 and received on 7/5. The UPS tracking was posted to your online order on 6/28. We appologize for any confusion. |

PLACED ORDER ON 1/18/11. RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION AND NOTHING ELSE. TRIED PHONING BUT NO ANSWER. Fnally got an answer by telephone,was told a snowstorm in New York kept employees from getting to work.Phone-rep who answered was very polite and apologetic.Order was shipped shortly aferward and was received in excellant condition.Well satisfied. |

We will have to see if they really shipped the TV's.
Well the TV's arrived, 31 days after they were ordered. So much for 10 to 14 day delivery. Retailer Response (03/14/2011): We appologize for the delay. The freight company we shipped your Tvs with had a computer glitch which delayed your delivery by 8 days.This is a very rare occurance ane we again appologize for the delay. |

They listed the TCP65VT25 for $3639.50, and I ordered it. This TV came out in 2010. They canceled my order 12/30/2010 because "this tv is not being made" anymore. Now they list this TV on their website for $4,389.50. That's very expensive for a TV they are not selling!!! Obviously they did not want to honor their listed price of the TV because of the popularity of the TV and the price that they could get for this TV. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. They can "bait and switch" on you, just like they have done on me. I have already filed a complaint with the BBB for this company. Retailer Response (01/07/2011): The customer ordered this TV on 12/15/10. He was called immediately and told the TV was on back order. We did everything in our power to supply this TV to our customer. On 12/30/10 we were told that the TV was no longer available and a new model was to be released in the spring.We contacted the customer and told him the situation.The TV was removed from our listings as soon as we had confirmation it was no longer available. He was never charged for the TV and we had no choice but to cancel his order. |

Second TV I have purchased from Authorized Electronics and I could not be more satisfied. TV arrived in perfect shape and once again I got the best price on the internet! Way to go Authorized! |
