Was looking for a Pioneer Elite VSX-01TXH and was amazed at how cheap it was here. So cheap I was a little doubtfull. Called them and asked and was told it's the same one I can get at Best Buy for almost half the price. He did say that I should buy the warranty b/c warranty not included at these internet prices. We'll see if they deliver.***Ordered on Tuesday morning, order wasn't put in by merchant until wednesday afternoon. UPS didn't recieve order & start shipping process until Thursday. Recieved the product the following Tuesday. A little upset at the lag in the shipping seeing how I upgraded from the free shipping to an expidited service. Authorized Electronics had the best price on the DAV-HDX275, plus the shipping was free and there was no tax. The Authorized Electronics deal beat the best local B&M price by $80+ and edged out several other internet dealers. We placed our order and got notified later the same day that it had shipped. We were shocked. Then 3 days later the package was delivered. A great price, great service and a totally enjoyable experience. We love the new sound. I received a call the next day stating there is an additional charge of $76.50 for insurance. This was not an option, I had to accept this charge if I wanted the television. If this is a required charge it should be shown in the advertized price. Very shady dealings!!!!!! Retailer Response (10/20/2008): Dear Customer, replacement insurance is an option we only offer to TV purchasers. It will protect you in case a TV is received with internal damage not detected at time of delivery. If a TV is received with internal damage, we will pick up the damaged TV and replace it with a new one at no charge.We offer this insurance for those customers who want a little extra piece of mind when making such a large purchase. I read every Price Grabber merchant's policy and reviews, selling the YAMAHA RX-V863 receiver. I selected AUTHORIZED ELECTRONICS for three main reasons. They have a 30-day return on defective products. They had one of the lowest prices. They responded to a bad review with a reason, not an excuse, for whatever went wrong. This dealer is honest and has great business ethics. I ordered the receiver and selected the 24 Bus. Hour rush for a few extra dollars. There was an unforeseen delay, and I was pleasantly surprised to see the extra charge was removed...withot a phone call from me. They have excellent communications. I received no less than three calls and four e-mails regarding my order. At no time were there any high pressure sales tactics employed. I ordered on 8/12 and received my unit on 8/25, just as promised. The receiver arrived double boxed and in perfect condition with all the accessories. Thanks AE.	Overall Rating
