My decision was based on price and the high satisfaction rating shown in these reviews. I ordered on 8-13-08 and had my unit by 8-19. I received a total of 4 emails from A.E. They acknowledged the order the same day and let me know that it had shipped and included a tracking the next. The unit arrived in good shape and was new and not a gray market item. I am very happy with this company and will not hesitate to order from them again. The only thing that bothered me was the packaging. It was shipped with the manufacturer's box inside another box that was only an inch or two larger than Sony's box. This allowed for only a very few packing peanuts to be used for padding. When I opened Sony's box a couple of the foam inserts had in fact broken but the unit itself looked and has performed fine. I would think that a $1k+ receiver would deserve more substantial packaging. Also no signiture was required to prove delivery.	Overall Rating

Just ordered as the deal was good and reviews from most of the buyers were positive. I included the quick shipping for an additional $7.95 and sure enough received a tracking number from the seller with in a day and half. After receiving the product, I was happy to see the packaging as the seller had taken care to put the origiNAL MANUFACTURERS BOX IN another packaging. I took the faster shipment and insurance package deal which covered return shipment should the TV stop working days after initial delivery. Of course, I did choose the free shipping option so I don't suppose I could expect much more. Nevertheless, "more" is what it takes to get a 5 star rating. I needed the product before the following weekend, so I paid the extra $8.00 for rush processing. Received shipping notice and tracking info before noon the day I placed the order. Product came to Chicago only two business days later. Product was double boxed and in great shape, even though it was very heavy. Product is great, buying experience was excellent; price was great, even with rush order. I would buy from them again.	Overall Rating
