best pricing and shipping rates--did my homework--to a fault--and kept coming back to AUTHORIZEDELECTRONIC at PRICEGRABBER!!! Purchasing was quick and easy to navigate/make corrections, etc. Best selling point--Only dealer to stand behind product upfront, offering full One Year Warrantee in addition to 30-day money-back policy. That says alot. |

First major purchase on line and I was very happy with AE's service and most importantly, their promptness. Friendly, honest and professional. Bought a SONY LCD and they shipped it when they promised. Will use again in the future. |

Product was delivered on time. Salesperson was friendly and helpful. Price seemed worth ordering online. Caution: Weigh initial savings against 25% restocking charge and the fact their 1 yr. warranty on parts and labor is offered in lieu of manufacturer's warranty. Since speakers were the purchase, which, if purchased from an authorized dealer, carry a five year warranty, a 1 yr. warranty is not worth the savings, in my opinion. |

When I called to verify my order, I got to speak to a human very quickly, and was never put on hold. They helped me with my order and it shipped it out that same day. It was delivered the next day. The Yamaha receiver was exactly as ordered, and at a low price. I would definitely use them again. |

So far ... no good! The order I placed is on backorder. This is unacceptable because Authorized Electronics indicated the AV receiver was "in stock" when I placed the order. I'm hopeful they will salvage the situation and overnight the shipment tomorrow! |

I placed an order with a request not to process it until my question was answered. There was a prompt and satisfactory response. Subsequent e-mail exchanges to clarify questions were quick and courteous. The order was processed only after I gave an e-mail go-ahead. The Pioneer DVR-57H DVD recorder arrived on time and cost 33% less than the local retailer. The best online shopping experience I have had for a big-ticket item - comparable to the best I have seen at another retailer. |

what a smooth transaction. i was very hesitant to purchase such a high ticket item (sony ke 42xs910 plasma tv) over the internet, but not anymore. these guys are great. lowest price, great communication, and plasma arrived in CA from NY in 5 days. i would highly recommend these guys for any or all of your online electronics needs |

I was disappointed this Merchant did not inform me about the rebate offered by Tivo. I need both a receipt and the UPC code from the box to get $50 back when I sign up to Tivo. Unfortunely I threw away the box. Can they get me my receipt and a UPC code for the item purchased. Thanks Gloria Shisler 773-676-6910 |

It would have been nice to see the alternative shipping methods/charges ahead of time--I had to select a method, see the result, and then return to check the other method. Although ship date was explained on the web site as "next business day," there was no mention of how long it would take to ship by various methods. When the company contacted me with an estimated delivery date, the item arrived sooner than expected and I was very happy. |

After reading the (few) negatives for Authorized Electronics, and balancing them against the (many, but perhaps shill) positives, I took the plunge and popped for a $750 item. For me, that's a BIG purchase! The firm FAR exceeded my expectations. I received e-mail notification at every step of the ordering/shipping process. The shipping was VERY fast--less than 24 hours--and the packing impeccable. The item arrived a day sooner than I expected it. "A+," sez I!! |
