I WOULD actually USE Authorized Electronics again. Communication was pretty good, I ordered an Infinity PS212 Sub. The package arrived in good shape. The only down side is that I had paid for "RUSH" shipping, which meant I would receive in 2-5 business days. I didn't receive until the 7th business day. So I wouldn't waste your money on the RUSH shipping. But otherwise the sub works great. |

I found this dealer through Amazon. Price was the best I could find, free shipping and no tax. To place the order on line was so simple and easy, so I have nothing else to say. I am very happy with this merchant and hope to do some more business in the future. |

I bought an audio visual receiver and it arrived much sooner than it was originally quoted to me in perfect condition. It was excellent communication, great price and safe quick shipping that will keep me from shopping anywhere else next time I am in the market for any electronics equipment. |

A pleasant surprise dealing with Authorized Electronics. I've stuck with only the best known internet sites, but tried this company as its price was lowest for the Denon receiver I wanted. I half expected the "out-of-stick, or urge-to-buy something additional to assure shipment" tactics some sub-par Net places use, but not only was the order entry process simple, but the follow-up e-mails related to order receipt and shipping schedules were prompt and timely. Product arrived as promised, was well packed, and works perfectly. |

(Edited March 01st by nkomai) Their site said the receiver I ordered was in stock. I checked with the credit card company and the transaction was authorized on the February 16th, the same day I placed the order. Their web site says the order is pending review. I've tried to call the 800 number repeatedly but there is no answer. The order has not shipped yet. This is very frustrating. If I am not able to speak to someone by the time the charge appears on my credit card, I will cancel the order. UPDATE: I was finally able to contact Authorized Electronics on 4/26. They informed me that they had been experiencing telephone problems. The representative told me that my order should ship that day if it was received on Monday. However I did not receive an email with shipping confirmation until Friday, 4/20. The receiver finally arrived on Friday 4/27. It works great and is all I had hoped for. I must say that AE delivered a great product for a great price. I don't understand why it should take 4 days to ship my order. |

The web site was very easy to use. I asked for 5-7 day shipping for a small fee. My only question is how long will it take until it is shipped. I understand that once UPS has the items it will take 5-7 days, but how long will it take for UPS to receive the items? It did take 5-7 "Non-Holiday" Days. Hence 12 days and not 5-7 days. I did recieve this package after Christmas when I hoped to receive it before Christmas. Disapointed about that and the fact that that was not clear until after I spoke with customer service. Customer service was great! Answered my questions practically before I asked them. |

I ordered speakers from them and they said they had them in stock. I paid $8 extra for 2 day delivery because I was remodelling and wanted to install them in the walls. 5 days later they call to say the order is on hold and it would be at least another week. I will NEVER buy from them again. |

Received my order (amplifier) on time as indicated. Upon receipt, noticed the manufacturer's packaging had been previously opened. Following installation discovered that the HDMI inputs do not work properly. AE indicated that the package needs to be sent to a repair shop for inspection and if it is confirmed that the product is deffective a new one will be sent. Has anyone had any issues with this process? I am uncomfortable with sending in a piece of equipment on the assumption that someone on the other end of the line will a) agree with the problem and b) process the return. Retailer Response (01/28/2009): Dear Customer, if the amplifier proves to be defective, we will replace it at no charge.We stand behind our defect policy 100 percent. |
