We started out by discussing availability of a map up, then moved over to a possible second GPS I was considering, and finally over to newer model that replaced my previously considered models. John even called the warehouse to see if a certain model was available, called me back and price-matched another website's price of the older model on a newer model purchase. The only down side -- which for me was merely a brief inconvenience -- was that I had to leave a message and wait for a callback. The wait time, however, was only 15 minutes for a return call. Since purchasing my unit my salesman, Rick, has been great. Definitely would recommend this merchant and will buy from them again.	Overall Rating
