They had an item that has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is quite difficult to still find so that made me happy. However, the shipping cost was just about as much as the item itself so that was a bit upsetting. |

AVC ustomer service is by far the best I have ever dealt with online. The person who helped me is Mark W. 2 thumbs up! 5 stars! Saved in Favorites! Will be back again. Thank you.... Less than a week later I recieved the package with contents exactly as advertised on the website. Was able to track the package everyday. Very Pleased. Great value on the solar chargers that I bought to resale. Totally worth it! The item I purchased was shipped out the very next day which happened to be just hours after I purchased it! That is some fast service. I was very impressed. I am also glad that they offer economical shipping options like USPS. I received the item sooner than I expected and it works great. |

This was my first order with this company and the website is easy to use and it was simple to sign up and everything. The only thing that didn't work was when you sign up it tells you that you'll get an email with a 5% off coupon in it. I never got that coupon. Other than that, everything is great! |
