The AVindemand website showed the sr7005 in-stock, so I ordered. After a few days of no word from them I called, only to be told that the item was not in stock. On the phone - they tried to offer a different receiver and blu-ray player instead for the same price. I was pissed - the receiver they offered listed for less than half the price of the sr7005. They also said that they tried to call me the previous day - but cell-phone records don't lie. No phone call was attempted, no phone call was received. Keep in mind that they STILL show the sr7005 as in-stock on the website. Stay away from AVindemand and their bait-and-switch tactics. |

I purchased a DENON receiver. It was exactly what I ordered, a great price, came fast, and in perfect condition. My only concern was not with the merchant, it is with the manufacturer. The DENON receiver is very complicated when trying to set it up - not very many buttons - just a menu system that is confusing. But I managed to get it working and love it! |

Very good to deal with. I placed an order for an Epson 7500ub projector and waited a few days with no confirmation. Then I received an e-mail stating that the projector had been discontinued and that AVindemand was upgrading me to the new 9500ub at no additional cost. I tried to call them to confirm this replacement and had to leave a message, but they called back a short time later and also included an invoice to obtain the full warranty. I would most certainly do business with them again. |

I was a bit worried ordering my blue ray home theatre system from AV Indemand since it was $100 less than most other places - but I took a chance and did it. I figured if I use my credit card and the order goes bad, I will get the CC company to help. My worries were unnecessary, everything went very well. It came on time and in perfect condition. I would order from them again. |
