This was a completely positive experience. The item was as described and was shipped promptly by UPS. AVinDemand's price was easily the best I could find. I would definitely do business with them again. |

I was very pleased with the shipping time. I ordered on a Sunday night and had the item early on Thursday. The system works fine and was very easy to set up. I would only suggest that people look into purchasing some stands for the rear speakers since they're small or if they're being mounted on a wall it would be prudent to pick up 6-9 feet of additional speaker wire. Great sound quality! |

This transaction was very smooth and I am very happy with my purchase. I was scared to buy from them at first, as they had only 3 reviews and I was buying a very expensive receiver (Denon AVR-4310CI), but the price was very good and plus I noticed that they are located in the same state. So I called and the rep assured me that the item is in stock and would be shipped out the same day if I placed the order before 2pm. Sure enough I got my unit on the second day (very nicely packed and double-boxed for extra protection). Email communications were wonderful and included Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation with UPS tracking and finally the Invoice. Perfect experience! |

Excellent! At the time I placed the order AV in Demand had the lowest price (and I used EVERY price search engine available). My item (Yamaha RX-V665) arrived in 5 days (and that included a weekend) even though I used standard ground shipping. The order process was simple and direct. If only all web shopping were this efficient! AV in Demand will be the first stop for my next electronics purchase. |

I must say that the only reason I'm posting this review is because AVINDEMAND.com exceeded all my expectations! From placing an order to delivering the product and guiding me through every single step of the way. I ordered a Pioneer 60" Plasma and it was shipped out the very next day and I had a tracking number in my email. TV came in perfect shape, and as promised I was able to open the box, inspect the TV, plug it in to make sure that it works before I even sign for the delivery. Really Great prices, Superb Customer Service, and Amazing logistics. I would definately do business with this company again! |

They worked perfectly to get the exact item I needed. They asked the right and timely questions to help me with my needs and got to the point. I always appreciate that when I call in. All my items in my order arrived a day early!! And one product in my order that had to be shipped separately arrived exactly on the day I was told a week and a half later...the explanation was perfect to the day. |
