They worked perfectly to get the exact item I needed. They asked the right and timely questions to help me with my needs and got to the point. I always appreciate that when I call in. All my items in my order arrived a day early!! And one product in my order that had to be shipped separately arrived exactly on the day I was told a week and a half later...the explanation was perfect to the day. |

I must say that the only reason I'm posting this review is because AVINDEMAND.com exceeded all my expectations! From placing an order to delivering the product and guiding me through every single step of the way. I ordered a Pioneer 60" Plasma and it was shipped out the very next day and I had a tracking number in my email. TV came in perfect shape, and as promised I was able to open the box, inspect the TV, plug it in to make sure that it works before I even sign for the delivery. Really Great prices, Superb Customer Service, and Amazing logistics. I would definately do business with this company again! |

Excellent! At the time I placed the order AV in Demand had the lowest price (and I used EVERY price search engine available). My item (Yamaha RX-V665) arrived in 5 days (and that included a weekend) even though I used standard ground shipping. The order process was simple and direct. If only all web shopping were this efficient! AV in Demand will be the first stop for my next electronics purchase. |

This transaction was very smooth and I am very happy with my purchase. I was scared to buy from them at first, as they had only 3 reviews and I was buying a very expensive receiver (Denon AVR-4310CI), but the price was very good and plus I noticed that they are located in the same state. So I called and the rep assured me that the item is in stock and would be shipped out the same day if I placed the order before 2pm. Sure enough I got my unit on the second day (very nicely packed and double-boxed for extra protection). Email communications were wonderful and included Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation with UPS tracking and finally the Invoice. Perfect experience! |

I was very pleased with the shipping time. I ordered on a Sunday night and had the item early on Thursday. The system works fine and was very easy to set up. I would only suggest that people look into purchasing some stands for the rear speakers since they're small or if they're being mounted on a wall it would be prudent to pick up 6-9 feet of additional speaker wire. Great sound quality! |

No major issues. Overall I am extremely happy. I would order from them again. My only issue was that they stated my order would include free in home delivery. The driver did not know he was to deliver in home and was not willing. Not a major issue but still not what was promised. |

I usually don't write reviews, but got my Samsung Blue Ray soundbar for an awesome price and in less than a week. My only complaint was that the explanation of shipping charges was a little confusing, but customer service called me the next day and cleared everything up. Great prices, fast delivery, and good customer service. Would buy from site again. |

I first tried to place my order on the website. Everytime I added the item to my cart it would add successfully, however when I went to checkout, it would then tell me that there was nothing in my cart. I tried this from different computers and kept encountering the same issue. I then tried to call customer support and was routed to a strange voice mail which then hung up on me. I called back and was finally routed to a customer service representative. From that point forward the experience was good but I doubt others would have kept trying all the different avenues to get their item ordered, however this company was one of the few which had an item I really wanted to order in stock. |
