They worked perfectly to get the exact item I needed. They asked the right and timely questions to help me with my needs and got to the point. I always appreciate that when I call in. All my items in my order arrived a day early!! And one product in my order that had to be shipped separately arrived exactly on the day I was told a week and a half later...the explanation was perfect to the day. |

I must say that the only reason I'm posting this review is because AVINDEMAND.com exceeded all my expectations! From placing an order to delivering the product and guiding me through every single step of the way. I ordered a Pioneer 60" Plasma and it was shipped out the very next day and I had a tracking number in my email. TV came in perfect shape, and as promised I was able to open the box, inspect the TV, plug it in to make sure that it works before I even sign for the delivery. Really Great prices, Superb Customer Service, and Amazing logistics. I would definately do business with this company again! |

Excellent! At the time I placed the order AV in Demand had the lowest price (and I used EVERY price search engine available). My item (Yamaha RX-V665) arrived in 5 days (and that included a weekend) even though I used standard ground shipping. The order process was simple and direct. If only all web shopping were this efficient! AV in Demand will be the first stop for my next electronics purchase. |

This transaction was very smooth and I am very happy with my purchase. I was scared to buy from them at first, as they had only 3 reviews and I was buying a very expensive receiver (Denon AVR-4310CI), but the price was very good and plus I noticed that they are located in the same state. So I called and the rep assured me that the item is in stock and would be shipped out the same day if I placed the order before 2pm. Sure enough I got my unit on the second day (very nicely packed and double-boxed for extra protection). Email communications were wonderful and included Order Confirmation, Shipment Confirmation with UPS tracking and finally the Invoice. Perfect experience! |

No major issues. Overall I am extremely happy. I would order from them again. My only issue was that they stated my order would include free in home delivery. The driver did not know he was to deliver in home and was not willing. Not a major issue but still not what was promised. |

I purchased the Samsung HT-BD1250 Blu-Ray Home Theater System. The price as $200. less than any were else I found. I felt like I was gambling that if something did not work, I would have to send it back.. other than driving back to a "big box" store, but. for $200 in savings. I took the risk. AV in Demand was prompt in shipping. And to my dismay, the remote did not work 100%, some buttons failed. But AV in Demand replaced the remote very quickly, and I am 100% satisfied. The sound of product is ground shaking, the system is easy to use. I will purchase from them again! |

I was not familiar with AVinDemand until I accidentally came across it in my web search for the Samsung HT DB 3252 (home theater in a box). The price was consederably lower ($461 with free shipping) than any other that I felt like it was a trick. I did some research on consumer reviews and decided to go with it. As a result, I am extremely satisfied with the experience. Everything worked as expected. No hassles. Placed order on SAT 12/5 and it shipped TUE 1208/09. The system works great. I highly recommend AVinDemand. |

The merchandise i purchaced was a great buy. I had shopped online to find the best price and avindemand.com was my best choice. I am very happy with the audio equipment i recieved, my only observation would be that the box the merchandise arrived in was in rough shape, but im not sure if it was shipped that way or if the box was dammaged during shipping. Even so, the contents were packaged well and were in pristine condition. I have absolutely no complaints, shipping was very fast and i am happy with my overall experience. The only difficulty i noticed was when i was searching for the equipment i bought, i could not find it by browsing the website for it, i had to search for that product specifically. I knew what i was looking for and that wasn't a problem for me, but for someone just browsing it may be an issue. I have and will continue to recommend avindemand.com to anyone looking for audio equipment or accessories. |
