I waited a while for the item to be delivered and finally sent an email requesting a tracking number for the item and then (and only then) I was informed that the item was NO LONGER IN STOCK. Unresponsive customer service - send 3 emails before a getting a can email stating the shipment is ship. 3. Ship the wrong product - After a 3 weeks of waiting, I finally received the shipment but they shipped the wrong product. 4. Unresponsive and lack of customer service again - I send them a email for the wrong product, waited 2 weeks before getting a respond that I need to ship it back for return. However, I have to pay for the shipping. Also, in the email there is a fine print stating all shipping fee are non-refundable. So, not only I have to pay for shipping for a wrong merchandise send to me, and I have to pay for shipping to ship it back. What a joke! Would you buy form this kind of merchant?? I was fooled once but will not buy form them again.	Overall Rating
